McGuinty Government Improves Road Safety TORONTO, May 27 /CNW/ - NEWS Ontario is repairing two bridges on Highways 3 and 6 in the communities of Delhi and Willow Grove this summer to improve road safety and keep the province's infrastructure in top condition. << Work includes repairing: - The Big Creek Bridge on Highway 3 - The Boston Creek Bridge on Highway 6. >> The government awarded the $2.1-million construction contract to The Ganawa Company Limited and Clearwater Structures Incorporated of Ajax. Work should be complete by fall 2008. During construction, westbound traffic on Highway 3 will use the Big Creek Bridge and eastbound traffic will be detoured onto local roads. Signs will be posted in advance to notify drivers of the detours. Drivers on Highway 6 will continue to use Boston Creek Bridge with no significant delays expected.
