McGuinty Government Infrastructure Improvements Continue TORONTO, June 20 /CNW/ - NEWS Ontario will repair the Sherman Brown Bridge on Highway 40 over the Thames River in Chatham-Kent this summer. The repairs will improve road safety for the more than 10,000 drivers who use the bridge each day. Work will be done on the bridge deck, the barrier walls, and sidewalk. The project is expected to be complete by this fall. The government awarded the $1.5-million construction contract to McLean Taylor Construction Limited, Meadowridge Properties Limited, McLean Taylor Holdings Limited of St. Marys.
