McGuinty Government Keeps Ontario's Bridges Safe And Reliable TORONTO, Sept. 3 /CNW/ - NEWS Ontario is replacing the southbound Vernon Lake Narrows Bridge on Highway 11 in Huntsville to improve road safety. The $19-million construction contract was awarded to Aecon Construction and Materials Limited of Toronto and is expected to be complete by fall 2010. During construction, southbound traffic will be re-routed onto the northbound bridge with one lane of traffic in each direction. Drivers may experience minor delays.
